Privacy Policy

An account stores your name, email address, a password hash, and the time you accepted these terms. A signed-in session is an httpOnly cookie. We email you a verification link when you register. We do not sell account information.

A Neon connection string and an OpenAI API key you paste are encrypted for your account. Health-record files, transcriptions, and claim drafts are written to the Neon database you connect, not to the shared decision library. Decision search requires an account and uses that shared library.

Verification mail is sent through the same mail provider configured for this workspace. The message contains only the verification link.
